How do I request a NextDental product quotation?

Browse the catalog, add the required products to the quote list, then submit your contact details so the sales team can review availability and pricing.

Can I browse products without creating an account?

Yes. Phase 1 is a public catalog experience with local mock data and does not include customer accounts or online checkout.

Are the displayed prices final invoices?

No. Prices are shown for browsing and quotation preparation only. The sales team confirms the final quotation after review.

What information is needed for a quote request?

The form collects your name, email, phone number, city, clinic or company address, and any notes related to the requested products.

Can I add multiple products to one request?

Yes. The quote list can contain multiple NextDental catalog products before you review and prepare the request.

Does this create an online order?

No. This screen prepares a quotation request only. It does not create a payment, invoice, sales order, or customer account.

How are available and out-of-stock products handled?

Products remain visible for browsing. Availability states are represented in the mock data and will later come from ERP stock data.

Can I request a product that is out of stock?

Out-of-stock or not orderable products may be visible for reference, but final request handling depends on the sales team and ERP status.

Are promotions shown on the catalog official?

Promotional labels in Phase 1 are mock display data. In production, official promotions should come from the ERP source of truth.

Where does the Phase 1 product data come from?

The current catalog uses local mock data inspired by public NextDental Egypt products, prepared in an ERP-compatible shape.

Will product codes be preserved later?

Yes. Each mock product carries item_code and related fields so the frontend can be replaced by real ERP data in a later phase.

Are product variants generated by the website?

No. Variants are represented as explicit sellable SKU data when available. The frontend does not generate combinations.

Why are prices shown in EGP?

NextDental Egypt public catalog prices are represented in EGP, and Phase 1 keeps currency fields ready for ERP integration.

Are taxes included?

The mock data marks prices as tax inclusive to match the current catalog display assumptions.

Can pricing change after submitting a request?

Yes. Final pricing is confirmed by the official source of truth during quotation review.

Can I ask for help choosing a product?

Yes. Use the contact page or quote notes to describe the clinical need or product family you are interested in.

Does the website include technical documents?
